- Island routing is everything — domestic flights and ferries must be sequenced realistically.
- Domestic flight baggage is typically 20 kg checked + 7 kg hand-carry, strictly enforced.
- eTravel registration is mandatory within 72 hours before arrival.
- June–November is typhoon season — programs need weather awareness and backup options.
- ATMs are available in major cities but scarce on smaller islands — advise clients accordingly.
- Hotel standards vary by island; we select properties with backup generators where relevant.
- Restaurant suitability and meal timing are checked in advance for groups.
- Transfer times are planned around real traffic and boat schedules, not map estimates.
